Strict policy
- Cancel 30 or more days before check-in and you get half of what you paid.
- Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are not refunded.
If your host cancels, you get back everything you paid.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually reach it in 5 to 10 business days.
